All of our standard catalogue paintings purchased at full retail price are covered by our money back guarantee, if for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your painting, we guarantee to either refund the purchase price or send a replacement painting, the choice is yours.
If you have any problems with your purchase please follow the procedure below to notify us and obtain your replacement or refund
- Within 7 days of receipt of your painting please Email Customer Support firstname.lastname@example.org this email should include the following:
- - Your full name
- - Your order reference number
- - Reason for returning the painting (this is for our records only so that we can improve the quality of our service)
- - Purchase price
- - Indicate whether you require a refund or a replacement painting.
- Upon receipt of your e-mail we will provide you with the information required to return your painting to us.
- You will then need to pack the painting in its original tube and return it to us at your own cost via any postal service that requires a signature upon receipt.
- We will then refund your credit card or send a replacement painting as requested by you.
Please Note: Paintings offered at special prices or in a private gallery are not part of our standard catalogue and are not covered by our guarantee.
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned goods.
